Some time ago I watched an interview with Oliver Sartor, and I remember him saying that professionals invariably use generic names when referring to PCa drugs. I've also seen a discussion with an oncologist who, when asked for the brand name of a drug, said she couldn't remember it because she didn't use brand names.
I think it might be a good idea for members to follow this example. Of course, one can write something like abiraterone (Zytiga) or leuprolide (Lupron), following the common practice of using a lowercase first letter for a generic name, and an uppercase letter for the brand name.

I have tried to follow those two practices as to capitalization and showing both names. Always showing both names has helped me learn the pairs so seeing one, I know the other.
I think this is a fantastic idea. I too get confused while reading here, and am constantly googling the names to remind myself which is which (being 68 doesn't help, lol).
