I believe Zytiga/Abiraterone is an androgen synthesis inhibitor.

So synthesis would mean production, which the testes do, and which ADT inhibits.
The Zytiga site says it "inhibits androgen at 3 sources—the testes, the adrenal glands, and the tumor itself." So it apparently inhibits both production and reception. I thought that might make it an ARPI rather then an ADT.
