I'm currently on Leuprolide and ABI plus prednisone.

Receiving Erleada and injections of Leuprolide. I want to supplement with everything known to fight this thing. Who has a list?

At the 1st visit with the MO consultant, bicalutamide and Leuprolide injection was recommended for 6 months before 20 IMRT sessions and HDBT plus continuation ADT for 18- 24 months. There was also mention of chemo, but I've explained I would like to leave that for later, if required.

He has been through Leuprolide acetate, Lu-177, Olaparib (Lynparza), Abiraterone (Zytiga), 5 rounds of Docetaxel, and brain radiotherapy due to meningeal metastases, as well as a ureteral stent placement procedure done due to a recurrent cancer mass where the prostatectomy surgery site was done.

They say the treatment isn't much different, and are starting meds with 7 days of Bicalutamide, then a shot of Leuprolide every 6 months along with Abiraterone and Prednisone daily. Radiation IGBT to follow in 3 months.

My Gleason was 9. Incontinence has been an issue since the RP and even though it has improved still leaked around 30 ml a day. Delaying radiation that I was recommended by one institution but some Oncologists say to delay radiation for more recovery. Even though my PSA is 0.01 on the meds, i worry

just got my psa results after my first round of 4 months leuprolide and 3 months Zytiga and prednisone…..initially 18 now 0.04.

Hi. Last week I went for my egg collection, there were only 3 follicles growing even though I was on meriofert 450 IU and 0.2 ml Leuprorelin daily (last day ran out so they gave me Buserellin ). This is supposed to be a relatively higher dose, but I don’t know why I didn’t get many follicles growing

He began triplet therapy (initially degarelix, then leuprolide + abiraterone and prednisone) soon after. By September it had fallen to under 0.1 and then under 0.05 by the summer of 2023. Subsequent PET scans showed some bone mets had shrunk, others were unchanged.

Tomorrow I start Degarelix injections once again after being on a three month leuprolide depo-formulation ,I am thankful for those sweet summer days, but I think it better to go back to a monthly injection and regular visits with my MO. And so my brothers my voyage continues
