Been enjoying a hike near our vacation condo .. get out and move… I’m almost 3 months out after last ADT .. 5 months radiation a subtle feel of testosterone may be returning. Did 9 months ADT so still feeling the effects.. but have to say for every day I wake up at 6am tired and not feeling well.. I try to go to the gym, take a long hike in the park.. Fuji view park takes 1 hour 10 mins 1200 feet elevation..all up hill. I guess the point is move while you can, don’t put it off, I 100 % always feel much better going than not! Your body responds .. best to all.

Congratulations on finishing ADT. Beautiful view!!! Stay vigilant.
Mind over matter on the get up & get moving!
Hey Yokohama, I’ve pinged with you in the past. I was on Orgovyx for 7 months last year prior to and post HDRbrachy as well as 5 treatment of EBRT done by Dr. Chang at UCLA. MY MO is none other than Dr. Mark Scholz. Im on one year anniversary since RT and have been off ADT since last October. My GS score was two 8’s and one 9 so I’m in the really high risk category.
My T has bounced back above 300 since then, sex life as well as feeling human is back. I do take a daily 5mg of cialis and that has been quite good!
My last 4 PSA readings have been <0.001. I have them done every 3 months which is SOC.
I’m wishing the best for you and believe you will have positive outcome.
And as I mentioned prior to you my fiancé is Japanese national from Kyoto. I’m here in Japan presently until mid July. I love it here. None of the anger and crap like back home and I live in Hawaii!
Omg .. thanks for reaching out again… I scanned my chats.. and didn’t see anything ..sorry I missed that. You are so lucky to have such a stellar treatment from such providers!!! Your testosterone recovery at such a level in 7 months is very encouraging! I was in Kyoto recently and certainly would have wanted to say hi .. I think you have a great life at least between the two areas. I love the Hawaii laid back vibe…compared to California !! , atmosphere, sun, ocean, trees, and smells, flowers, music.. heart👍 Japan is beautiful as well. Kyoto has its challenges with excessive tourism .. but can’t complain right .. I wish you the best ..let’s keep in touch!
Thats an incredible view of Mount Fuji! On my bucket list of a place to visit and explore/hike around. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for posting! Beautiful view, indeed. Can you go to the top where there is still snow? Sorry to hear you don't feel well at 6am in the morning. Glad to hear walking helps. I try to do the same. Good luck!
I want to go .. but haven’t yet.. in general snow is around the majority of the year though melts a bunch during summer. I’ve seen videos where is beautiful sunny and warm and people die due to a sudden storm front and or slipping due to not being prepared properly. It’s a very serious mountain…..volcano.. active! Now they recently staring taking reservations due to the amount of people… generally people go to the are near the top and camp ..then wake up early and finish it ..
Sorry, but every time I see your UserId I think about a guy NICK (typical New Yorker) who used to work for me. He would always declare that if you're going to marry, make sure that she's from Japan. His reasoning was that your Japanese wife would always give you a terrific back rub and that your mother-in-law would be in Yokohama.
Nice view BTW.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

thanks for the great QOL post….keep ‘em coming. You are a testament that some men here can directly benefit from QOL exercise. Beautiful , world class location as well.
❤️❤️❤️
Very beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. I finished a 4 month Eligard shot but had to wait an addition 3 months before my testosterone became significant again. I seem to have leveled off at about 75% of my testosterone level before the ADT shot. After 43 IMRT hits and a TURP, I now feel close to where I was before all the treatments. At 75 y/o I too am ready to take the long hikes and see the beautiful sights that lift the soul.
