Hello fellow warriors: we just got back from Arizona and I wanted to share some of the most spectacular beauty that we found by visiting the slot canyons up in page Arizona

The flowers were part of our exit from the area, hope you enjoy and stay well

The slot canyons around Page are fantastic. My favourite was lower Antelope Canyon which we preferred to the more famous upper one, which I found too commercialised. The best slots we found were around Escalante. We also kayaked into lower Antelope Canyon from Page marina.

We were in Page and did go the the Lower Antelope Canyon! I absolutely loved it.. I wanted to share a bunch of my pics from that day, but I don't seem to be able to post more than 1 at a time lol. It would be a super trip to rent a houseboat or even kayak on Lake Powell.. *If we get to AZ next year, we'll check out your suggestions of Escalante! Awesome! Thanks!

Hi Keeper70,

Escalante is great. We hired a 4 wheel cart and were able to zoom down the tracks to the trail heads. Peek-a-boo, Spooky and Zebra (see my son below) were our favourites, though there are loads off the Hole in the Rock track. They do require a bit of a hike though. I'd love to hire a houseboat but the water levels seem to have dropped a lot and I'm not sure how many of the channels are navigable. Mark

I’ll see your one white cactus and raise you two yellow ones…. This is in my garden. I grew up in southern Colorado love the cactus flowers but hate getting punctured by them.

Two yellow prickly pear cactus
