Platelets Dropping

Is this “normal” or any advice? Undergoing radiation since March, have 22 sessions done, 6 to go. Started Casodex in December to prepare to start Eligard in January. Radiation started in March. My platelets have been dropping. MO said could be due to Lupron and/or radiation. IMRT targets Gleason 9 in prostate and possible seminal invasion and then sort of the whole pelvis in case there are micro metastatises that did not show up on PSMA Petscan (negative for spread).

Yeah, whole pelvic radiation is known to do that.

Thank you for the reassurance on the cause. Hopefully recovers when these sessions are complete.
