Is Jevtana easier to tolerate than docetaxel?

I have noticed that some men on this site have had over 30 infusions of Jevtana. My husband has had completed 10 sessions of docetaxel. The last three were given with a second dose of Carboplatin. Jevtana is new to us. How is it tolerated? Why can it be given at such a high number of doses?

Side effects from Jevtana hit me earlier and harder than what I experienced with docetaxel. I had six cycles, and was very glad not to have a seventh.
