I started my phase 1/2 trial today and was curious if there were anyone anyone else in this group with any experience with this Protac treatment. Rumor is, this will be the next Standard of Care. Atleast that is the hope.

I participated in a similar trial using ARV-110. After 6 months I was taken off as it unfortunately was not working for me; not specifically due to any side effects, which were minimal.

Unfortunately my trial has ended due to progression.

Summary of experience:

- very happy with results and from what I can tell about in line with some of the early returns as far as length of effectiveness.

-turned my hairs gray spots back to black. Bonus!

- No side affects that stood out.

- I did NOT do ADT during this trial so I got psa decline without the horrible hot flashes from ADT. I did however still use estrogen gel. My team did not know I was not taking the orgovyx. (I did not care) Curious to if it’s really necessary now that I did it with seemingly know difference. Take note warriors who hate ADT.

-All in all this was a great experience minus the many trips to the clinic to do safety labs and holter monitoring. I can completely see this as a potential new SOC with or without ADT. That’s your inside trading tip of the day.
