There is some mentioning of using medium chain tri glicerides to reduce hot flashes. Supposed to "balance" hormones. Has anyone tried and had success with this stuff?

No, but I've been recommended Evening Primrose oil, Soy Isoflavones and Medroxyprogesterone. I can't vouch for any of them as yet.

My MO recommended black cohosh which did not work, then venlaxafine which is working - flash severity significantly reduced for me.

I used (1) .1mg estradiol patch changed twice weekly and hot flashes went away. Since 2019 I’ve been using (3) .1mg estradiol patches changed once weekly in lieu of all other hormone therapies. I added (1) 80 mg Xtandi pill per day in 2021 when PSA started creeping up from <.1. PSA has been <.1 ever since.
