HOW LONG TO GET YOUR TESTOSTERONE BACK AFTER 4 MOS TX WITH ORGOVYX.

Finally 7 mos . Post 20 imrt TX, 5 months post 4 mos. tx with Orgovyx, got my final blood labs:

PSA .2 PSA free.1 ,very happy with this!

Testosterone 79 -VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ( still symptomatic for low t-still have all the unpleasant side effects from orgovyx and low t, tired as hell, loss of energy , loss of libido, joint pains, weight gain, "tits", etc.) 5 months after finishing treatment with Orgovyx.

Orgovyx was supposed to have the fastest Testosterone Return than all the ADT's.

It is now been 5 months since I stopped Orgovyx & 4 mos Treated w Orgovyx and my Testosterone is only 79 .

Any other ORGO warriors out there that can give me their timeline with Orgovyx.

How long to 4-500 Testosterone blood result or normal!

thanks in advance

Had 2 years of Lupron. last injection April. PSA undetectable but T less than 12 last week. Told by MO to not expect increase for a year. 71 yrs. old. No thrilled but so it goes

Stopped Orgovyx March 2023. PSA 8. Three months later 353, four months later 391. Still having mild hot flashes at night.

I will be getting labs this week to see where I am at.

I posted reply in your other thread. 9 months after stopping 1st regimen of ADT/Firmagon still had no recovery (low of 4). Then recovered fully in next 4 months to 750+. Was on ADT for 14 months that first time.

Have done a few other regimens of intermittent ADT since and always have had full recovery, but time for that to occur has been variable. Contrary to what your MO says, doesn’t seem to be correlated to time on ADT for me.

Stopped Luprone & Zytiga in June 2019. T has fluctuated between 21 and 97 since then - last T reading in September 2023 was 64 . But PSA has been NED since Jun 2019 - worthwhile. tradeoff.
