The answers I am getting are more for pain relief. Have there been any studies linking cannabis/THC to curative effects for PC or lowering PSA?
Or is it just used for pain relief?
Any studies on proven benefits beyond pain relief?

I think your link is broken, but to answer many have found benefits beyond pain managing using RSO. A better choice would be a product called ONCO-ADJUNCT™ Pathway 1™. Are you looking for info on alt treatments for self healing ?

IIRC there aren't any direct studies that were performed like a clinical trial for prostate cancer, but I haven't searched all of them in awhile. It does have a lot of great info and suggestive studies.
I can tell you a bit about my experience, though. In 2014 I did what's known as the Rick Simpson protocol, you can look it up. I worked up to a tolerance of taking 1 gram per day of RSO, sometimes also referred to as FECO (full extract cannabis oil), which is a highly concentrated extract. It took 2 or 3 weeks to develop that tolerance, starting with a dose the size of a grain of rice, and working up to 1/3 gram per dose, once every 8 hours. After I was at a gram per day, I used it for 60 days, then weaned down to zero over about a week to allow my body to get accustomed to just operating under its own endocannabinoids that are already present in our bodies.
A little over 2 months after my last Lupron shot had expired, at the end of that protocol, I visited an oncologist and my PSA showed <0.10, the lowest it could measure at that lab other than zero. That was MUCH better than anything the doctors achieved since my diagnosis in 2010. Only Nubeqa has done as well, down to 0.04 at once point, at 0.18 over 3 years later, but I know eventually it will quit working. Shortly after going through that protocol I had to return to my home state where it wasn't legal at the time and lost my access to cannabis products. They usually recommend staying on a maintenance dose of anywhere from a gram per week to a gram per month, so my PSA eventually rose again. I'd like to do the protocol again if I can get all the chips in place to make it happen. It takes access to the oil, either affording to buy it or growing and producing my own, and the ability to have a couple of months where I can be consistently buzzed. Prior to doing the protocol I had never used cannabis before, but I firmly believe in the healing powers it can offer.
I did triplet therapy and have an undetectable PSA because of that, so I can't offer any anecdotes about a PSA drop from taking cannabis oil. But 25-50mg of CBD nightly while on chemo was amazing for countering the side effects of docetaxel, and countered the jitters of dexamethasone around infusion time (I used the higher dose around those days). The importance of a good night's sleep during chemo can't be overstated, and CBD helped with that immensely. It also helped calm me for sleep around the time I was diagnosed.
I hate the feeling of THC, but if things get desperate I'd give the Rick Simpson Oil a shot. Thanks Velobard!
