Dr Geo Espinosa, is a Naturopathic Doctor and integrative urology specialist, located in NY, and practices at NYU Langone. I receive occasional emails about his services. While I have never spoken with nor met him, I am considering doing so. Has anyone of my fellow warriors used his services?
He authored a paper/e-book titled "Your Best Guide to Dietary Supplements for Prostate Cancer", which can be downloaded for free. He states that "you do not take supplements just to take them because they sound healthy, but focus only on the vitamins, minerals and biotanicals you specifically need to fight your prostate cancer and improve your overall health". He also states "Don't fool yourself. Dietary supplements are not drugs or miracle workers that can cure a disease by themselves...The right supplement combination has an important role in wellness.."
In no way is my question/post meant to be an endorsement of this Dr. as I have not met him. I appreciate hearing about any personal experiences with him and his methods.

I get his emails and have sat in on a video Skype conference one time.
I would be interested in hearing what he has to say if you attend his meeting any info you can pass on would be great.
Right now the only thing I take for supplements is a vitamin D3 2000 mg, zinc 10 mg every other day, a multivitamin by garden of Life all organic fruit and vegetable based.
I also take curcumin, green tea extract, turkey tail mushroom, AHCC, modified citrus pectin, Zyflamend, pomegranate, boron, calcium citrate/magnesium and 5-LOXIN boswellia. All of these have been discussed on this forum, and most have been recommended by Dr Geo.
I had been told by my Oncologist to stop taking fish oil and my multi as they have potentially damaging anti-oxidants.
You are in better shape than I am. I'm Gleason 9/10 with 12 out of 16 cores positive. Metasis to pelvic bone. Had robotic prostatectomy; 2 lymph nodes positive and seminal vehicle intrusion.
I honestly don't know if the quantities I am taking are truly beneficial or not. I am taking "recommended" dosages. I would expect Dr Geo would offer appropriate dosages for you.
I believe in hitting my disease with everything that could possibly help me fight to survive, and will continue to do as much research as possible to keep informed of potential helpful remedies.
He has a prostate cancer book, which I own now in kindle format, at Amazon of course. Thank you for your post alerting us to his practice.
Why not try it? It can only help. I follow the nutrition plan of Dr Michael Uzick in Tucson Az. He is an Md an Nat onocologist . I’ve been on his plan 4 yrs and don’t intend to stop anytime soon . I’m called the “ Voodoo” dummy here on HU . Who cares , what people say? I’ve never followed the pac. Your body , your life. If you want to eat wheat grass , high alkaline diet , nonsuger , no processed food . You’ll feel better . It might not cure APC , but it will help with everything else’s. I feel better when I only eat holistic food . This is something that we can control . What goes on. When the big heads say “ diet and nutrients do nothing to aid APC patients . They are copping out . Lazy , in my opinion. Diet and nutrition can help us all . Most are stuck in their bad habits and refuse change . If it were I ! See the dr. They don’t charge much for initial consul. He will give you a plan forward. What do you have to lose , except a little money and APC? You are a smart man .Do anything to heal yourself .Proactive . You can still have cheat days later . Refined sugar is our enemy . Yet some still argue this moot point. Cancer or no cancer , it’s bad stuff . Take care . Hope for the best. Scott 🌵
