Stopped Orgovyx two weeks ago and still having hot flashes? why is that? Hot flashes will diminish over time. Use an alpha-blocker as long as you need it. If Flomax doesn't work, try a different one. I found that Rapaflo worked better for me, but everyone's different.

I was on Orgovyx for 55 weeks. Almost no hot flashes during that time. When I stopped Orgovyx the hot flashes started up but disappeared after about two months. In terms of the bladder spasms, I take Myrbetriq every evening before bedtime. Very effective.

I was on Orgovyx for four months and experienced hot flashes for about three months after, but my frequent urination was only at night and every 2-3 hours. It Did not bother me during the awake hours, only at night. Flomax was no help either, Just try and ride it out. It will eventually dissipate.

We are all different. My IMRT finished in 2020 and I have slept through the night since about 2 months after it finished with only occasionally getting up before 6 am to pee. I guess there's always a chance there's something else causing it or as TA said try a pharmaceutical option.

my excess peeing turned out to be a high A1C. Slipped up on me during ADT. Enlarged prostate is bad but constant peeing is worse. I think?
