I have just been accepted into the ORIC 944 drug trial. Is anyone else on this trial and would you share your experiences either on the forum or through the Chat feature?

Best of luck. You have had quite a journey.
Hope this goes very well for you.
You are my hero. Good luck.
This is the link to the trial. I personally would not participate in phase I trial. Too risky. Of course if the phase I trial s a combination of already approved treatments than I would reconcider it. You do not really know te effective dose or the toxicity of any dose. Could you find a phase II trial? Or wait until this trial progress to phase II? In my hospital they offer a phase II BAT trial with Carboplatin. Did you have a liquid biopsy to see if you have BRCA mutations?

I have been on two phase III trials. At this time I'll take what I get. I know the risks.
I've been at this for 30 years. I heading for the last round up.
Who advised you?
My research doctor
Thanks.
Could you ask him to off you phase II trials?
In phase I there is dose escalation and you don't know if the dose is safe or even effective. Could you get guardant 360 liquid biopsy and see if some standard of care solution is still available for you?
PARP inhibitors (olaparib) or Keytruda or BAT alone or with something else? Or could you just join to your trial at phase two ones they know at least that the dose is effective but not toxic? I personally would not rush with any clinical trial even if it is phase 3.

Did you have any luck finding anyone who was on this trial (we are considering this)? I did see you didn't move forward with it, but wondered what you heard/learned if anything. Thank you!
I was taken off the trial do to a secondary cancer.
