They were supposed to have the trial results as of Oct 31, 2019, but I haven't seen any published.

clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show...

They are expanding the trial to include nivolumab:

Maybe contact Elisabeth Heath to get the results:

Thanks. In my story before I went to University of Heidelberg I had two sets of Chemo. Still have not recovered from all of this.

Hi Lewicki, I'm thinking about going to UofH after the coronavirus calms dowm. If you don't mind me asking. What do you mean that you have not recovered? Did you mean you haven't recovered from Chemo? I've had 10 chemo treatments, doc says no more because they are not helping enough.

The trial ESK981 and three biopsies giving me a blood clot high up on left leg causing Edema (could hardly walk the legs were so swollen) followed by clot in the brain where I lost sight to the left side, then did two Chemo followed by three trips to Heidelberg I still have not recovered. The damage to my legs are most likely permanent. After my first visit to University of Heidelberg my Edema is is almost gone.

The treatments I believe do have fatigue as a side effect. Psa when trial was stopped was 747. then it came down by itself to 580. Chemo brought it down to around 280. AC-225 and LU-177 has it now at ONE

So at 79 years old I am not totally recovered from it all.Working on it.

Another possible contact is Leamon E. Wilson. He is the Oncology Patient Navigator. (313) 576-8128. Also Dr. Heath's nurse is Joan Livingstone R.N. (313)576-8473. Pager 09569. All are at Karmanos.

I contacted Leamon, he was not helpful, kept asking superior for answers, referred me to Heath, she was on the muscle. Said no results of trial till end 2020 2021. How then is it there is a new trial of ESK981 and immunotherapy ongoing. I would think there is results that ESK981 is safe and successful to allow it in a combination trial. Not sure I was treated well. How do I find the new trial at trials US.gov? Also need results of ESK981 results. Thanks
