My dad's MO mentioned putting him on a trial PSMA BiTE trial ..bispecific at UCLA, does anyone know anything about this trial? I am not finding much information online and no one seems to be on it here. I am wondering if maybe someone has posted about their experience and I have missed it.
It was a phone call and she wasn't able to give us paperwork (we're talking again at my dad's appointment on Tuesday)
Thank you all

The idea of bispecific PSMA/ T cell-recruiting antibody (BiTE) is that one side of the molecule attaches to PSMA on the cancer cell surface and the other side activates T cells to attack the PSMA. It creates an active immune response against PSMA, which is extended by adding a checkpoint inhibitor like Keytruda.
I like UCLA . I’ve been successfully on a test drug myself for six years. They will test him and care for him
Well under a test program .. Keep asking and advocating for him. Stay positive and please don’t feed into negativity at all . I think he’ll get the best care . Be strong dear ellie he needs you so 🙏 Scott
PSMA has been essential in the treatment of my PCa during the last five years. It has been the PSMA Lutetium combination, which I have received ten times. The thought of combining PSMA with T/cells sound extremely interesting to me as a possible future treatment option.
It was another option afforded to me going forward by Dr. Sartor at Tulane during my recent consult should my PSA begin to rise, he was pretty upbeat about it. He is overseeing one of the arms of the trial. I am already planning to get Provenge treatment this summer and asked if one precluded the other and he said no, since this work entirely different. According to him the treatment is well tolerated.
