Timing of Dexamethasone

I've been on ADT since 2017 and approximately 3 years ago I switched from prednisone to .5mg dexamethasone daily with morning meal. I have been having periods of infrequent lightheadedness. I have been through a series of tests and my pcp cannot determine the source. Can I switch my dose of dexa from the morning meal to the evening meal without messing something else up? My psa is bouncing around .27

Thanks Bob

What is your blood pressure at the times of light headedness vs other times?

My PCP (P/A) did an EKG. Lipid tests, A1c and all are ok. When I experience an event my BP is 126/687, pulse 56. Most other times my BP is 141/74 pulse 62, Glucose average 125. I may try taking Dexa in the evening at dinner. Bob

Whatever it is, it may be vectoring through your blood pressure.
