This is a very helpful post. I struggle to manage incontinence every day. On the golf course I am always looking for the best spot with a tree wide enough to block my activity from the view of others. In my car I keep a plastic urination jug. I do laundry frequently to wash the pants soiled by urine. I’m on Lupron, Zytiga and Prednisone.

Thank you for the video on incontinence. I do however, have such a hard time of understanding the commentator in the utube video. Is there a way to have a written version of the incontenence medications especially the name of one medication associated with increase in dementia ? Thank you.
