Travel insurance and prostate cancer

I have had HIFU for prostate cancer that was only partially successful. Subsequently my PSA started to rise again so I was treated 5 years ago with docetaxel followed by decapeptyl hormone therapy starting 4 years ago. I want to go on holiday. Can anyone recommend a travel insurance company that will provide cover at a reasonable price? Thanks.

in the USA we make sure to buy travel insurance right away when we make a nonrefundable deposit on a trip to obtain a waiver of pre existing conditions.
