Cardiac Issues?
If you have an irregular heart beat, one the most frequent arrhythmias is Atrial Fibrillation.
You should consult ASAP with a internal medicine doctor or a cardiologist . AF has the problem of sending emboli to the brain a causing significant strokes. A simple ECG can make the diagnosis.
Since you are taking Zytiga, you may also have a problem with electrolytes, mainly hypokalemia which could cause arrhythmias including AF.
If you have to wait a long time for consultation I would consider going to the ER. They can take the ecg, study the electrolytes etc. and start anticoagulation with Xarelto or similar if you were having episodes of AF.
See a Cardiologist and share whatever medications you are on and why. BTW, I had a double bypass in December 2002 and Cardiologist ran a PSA which was 6.8. DX’d in March 2003, bone mets a year later...... I see my Cardiologist at least quarterly and my Medical Oncologist also quarterly ever since. I am 76 years of age today; so I also started by journey at age 55/56.

20 years that is great. Not the bypass but glad you found the problem.
