Recurrance with pelvic lymph nodes back on Zoladex

Hi its been a while since l wrote but always viewing and supporting.Question my husband has a recurrence of his cancer he had a scan which showed pelvic lymph nodes involved. Back on Zoladex 3 montly injections first psa dropped from 57 to 3.1, second injection administered, just had psa results and its up to 7.1 does this mean castrate resitance or ? We see the Specialist next week for 3rd injection but reaching out for some feedback.

Diagnosed 2013 aggressive cancer fortunately localised to prostate, no metatases. Psa 64 12 core positive biopsy. Adt 3 years 39 sesssions of radiation. Psa nadir. In 2019 after Specialist told to watch and wait for 3 years psa creapt upto to 56, had scan showing 2 pelvic lymph nodes cancerous, Specialist didn't think radiation necessary put back on Adt and after 1st injection psa 3.1 now after 2nd injection upto 7.1 seeing Specialist next week for 3rd injection of Zoladex and a conversation.
