PSA doubled again within three months.

My psa has doubled yet again within three months and lung mets are growing in size, while they have only grown a few millimeters they are still growing. I have had all of the first course of treatment after the prostate was removed and have been on Lupron since 2018, Oncologist has now added Xtandi to the mix. I also have in addition to the cancer, cirrhosis of the liver ( non alchoholic) and heart disease. My question is , is anybody out there perhaps in the same boat with other conditions and has Xtandi caused any issues with them?

Ask Doc if Keytruda will work on your lung mets..... (nothing to lose by asking),,,
