Stage 4 Prostate Cancer treated with Xtandi- 3 pills & Zolodex; 1.5 yrs diagnosed, now left side pain under ribs

CT scan and ultrasound have shown no significant change since the initial diagnosis April 2021 with surgery to remove tumor from the spine. Harrington Rods were inserted in the back to support the spine. Now regaining the ability to walk with a cane, which given surgery; was unlikely. Numbness persists in the right leg below the knee as a result. Some Metastasis to the ribs- right and left side. Thoughts are that pain could be muscular. Ultrasound is not definitive but the oncologist is reluctant to do a colonoscopy.

Has anyone experienced any pain similar? I am periodically taking Advil to relieve the discomfort. Not sure how long this will be effective, but needing some answers, and will investigate further after the holidays. Experience and advice are appreciated.

several complementary health care providers in Canada employ lymph treatments, bowel massage and manipulation as well as supportive supplements, maybe worth a look
