The answer of my right Kidney Tumor

The PAD has arrived and it shows radical operated clear cell renal cancer pT1a. Negative margin. In a small area at the site of previous biopsy, tumor cells are noted which may be indicative of involvement of perirenal fat associated with biopsy.

Please can some body explain this ..........!

The biopsy needle spread the cancer into the fat surrounding the kidney. That's why my nephrologist prefers not to biopsy my kidney lesion..
