AOH1996 is getting a lot of ink. But seeing that it is in mouse trial stage, quite a few years will go by before its approved / insurable for specific case types (at least at first.)

This is one of those reports that I could read till I die and not know what I’m reading. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Would you be able to say briefly, in laymans’ terms, what this treatment is and what it targets?

The woman doctor has worked on this for 20 plus years. Named drug after girl who died from cancer.Quite a few articles on this.

Phase 1 human trials in California began last year.

Keep a eye on this trial being held at city of hope hospitals in CA. Since I was on east coast and the doctors didn't have practicing authority in my state I was not chosen.

But it's ongoing and happening.

Thank you ! Since my brain is overflowing with learning about current treatments, endless three and four letter acronyms, and medications, I will not pursue learning about this one right now.

No you get into the phase one trial or phase two. Call city of hope they scheduled me for a phone interview. Thats what you should be doing.
