Did Pluvicto #2 yesterday. Went fine. Lots of aches in hips and back. Being patient. Psa dropped from 36 to 15 after 1st. Hb was 11.5 before #1, dropped to 10.8 after 4 eeks but back to 11.5 for #2.

I may have passed you in the hall, RT! I had my first Pluvicto at OSU yesterday morning. It's great to hear of your initial positive response...knock on wood. Today I have episodes of those familiar chemo tremors, aches, and the ever-present background nausea, but nothing (I hate to say it) out of the ordinary. But I know we are playing the long game here... Good luck to us both. - Joe M.

Greater than 50% PSA drop from first treatment is very encouraging. And full Hb recovery in a month. Assume platelets okay too. Full steam! Paul (in Bend)
