I think you a need set of measurments to tell if its growing. Curious what your previous readings were.
Did you just start hormone therapy, or have you been on it for many years?

My case is different as I had Brachytherapy and EBRT so in general a little different see my profile. My PSA dropped from 10.1 to 0.75 in a month to 0.35 the next month and slowly declined with the RT and going ADT. I am at 15 months of ADT and 1 year out fromEBRT. I had kind of plateaued at .11 -.13 and then in June was .08 and as of September I’m at 0.6. So my long winded point is give it time .
No, a single value of PSA levels does not provide entire information. Serial PSA levels with a trend (rising/decreasing) carry more significance.
