I have been off of ADT (Lupron/Zytiga) for about a year and a half - my PSA remains at about 0.2 since my testosterone came back about a year ago (currently at 250 ng/dl).
a couple of months ago, both breasts started to hurt. They did swell under ADT but have remained constant since I went off. the only other change has been that my Lipitor was increased from 20 mg to 80 mg to combat inflammation.
Anyone else having these issues?

I have been on ADT since November 2018 with two breaks. During the first year on Lupron, I also had a year of casodex. I had some breast enlargements, but nothing of significance. However, during the last one year when I was on break my breast enlargement became more pronounced. I didn't understand why during a break.
I have been on casodex for 6 weeks and had a three month Lupron shot on July 19. 6 weeks of casodex gave me more problem with breast pain than the one year I had casodex from November 2018 to November 2019. I find it rather puzzling.
Ask to measure serum estradiol and SHBG - you may have a lot of testosterone converting to estrogen or binding to SHBG so it isn't free. Not a bad idea to check parathyroid hormone level too.
I had breast pain during a period during my first 5 years of treatment . I can't recall how long it lasted but the pain eventually went away. Unfortunately, my breasts remain enlarged which is something I am really not happy about- but- if that's the cost of staying alive, I am happy to pay it.
