Today is the 1st day of the rest of my life! I had my final TreStar injection in April and my Last Zytiga/Prednisone yesterday. 2 years of treatment (also had proton therapy) following the Stampede protocol.
Now it is time to watch and wait! Prayers up that the testosterone returns, and the PSA does not! I am ready to not be bearing the fatigue / hot flashes / emotions that are the hallmark of ADT. I know the last 2 years have just been the initial sprint / jockeying for position at the start of a marathon that will last the rest of my life!

Wishing you great sucess! I am using Ginseng to counter the fatigue. You may want to give it a try. It seems to work for me. I am trailing you by two months. I got my last 3 month Lupron shot on July 7. I have just two more months of adt and then.....??
