Will like to wish everyone the very best, take good care and enjoy every moment we have with our loved ones ❤️
This is my lovely family with grandchildren in tow, celebrating the renewal of our faith, relationships and the beautiful love of Life, after 29 days of Fasting from dawn till sunset.
Although I have been thrown a curve ball, I take it as a challenge and if there’s one message that I’ve learned in this journey of mine is the love and support of my family and, and my lovely dear brothers and sisters in this wonderful forum. If I have not said it enough, let me say it again , thank you so much for all your love, fantastic advice, moral support and great medical knowledge. Because of all of you, my journey has been made so much more easier, thank you. Really appreciate it ❤️
Take good care and enjoy the present, don’t ponder about the future, All will be Good 👍

Fasting has brought the glow of spirituality on your face, Haniff.
Bond of love and trust among family eventually translates into love for entire human family. In my native country, India.. there is a age old belief that entire human race is my family. In Ancient Sanskrit language, it is called "Vasudeva Kutumbkum" We are all family of God.
The scientific community is finally recognizing the health benefits and anti cancer effects of intermittent fasting.
There was a lead article 3-4 months ago in New England journal of medicine about all major research studies concluding amazing power and health benefits of Intermittent fasting.
There is only ONE God and we call him/her by various names.
Inshallah....everything will be fine with you and your caring family.
Thank you for a great job done managing this wonderful forum 🙏

Haniff I’m so happy that you’ve been here talking to me for years now . Thank you Sir. I always look forward to you being here with me. Birds of a feather of sort.. This is a wonderful photo. Strong handsome faces . Very beautiful indeed. I very happy for you papa . The head of the house . Made my day . Great fasting job. Be well my friend .
Haha yes they do look good in blue but it was a real hassle for my daughter-in-law to get them into their ‘Baju Kurung’, that’s what the clothes we have on are called. She had to chase them round the house, but it added to the cheer and mirth.
Take good care and my love to you and your loved ones ❤️
Yes the joy and the love leaps out of the picture of you and your beautiful family. Spills out to touch and uplift us all. Thank you for sharing this. I have been enjoying the invigorating and health supporting benefits of intermittent fasting since November. Taking just one ☝️
Oops my dog hit reply! HaHa! ... one meal a day keto in the evening. Weight down healthy 40 pounds, energy way up and never hungry. This tradition you honor is very wise.
Are those two little ones for sale? Make sure you give them a tiny bit of salt to taste.... You are indeed a fortunate man to be surrounded by such a wonderful and loving family... May peace and happiness fill your future and the future of your loved ones.....
God Bless..
FYI (Which you're probably are aware of)
Hanif (Arabic: حنيف) is an Arabic masculine given name, which means a righteous person or a true believer. The origin of the word is uncertain, although it is generally agreed that it is derived from the Syriac word hanpe, which means 'heathen'.
Ḥanīf (Arabic: حنيف, Ḥanīf; plural: حنفاء, ḥunafā') meaning "revert" refers to one who, according to Islamic belief, maintained the pure monotheism of the patriarch Abraham. More specifically, in Islamic thought, they are the people who, during the pre-Islamic period or Jahiliyyah, were seen to have rejected idolatry and retained some or all of the tenets of the religion of Abraham (إبراهيم, Ibrāhīm) which was "submission to God" in its purest form.[1] The word is found twelve times in the Quran (ten times in its singular form and twice in the plural form) and Islamic tradition tells of a number of individuals who were hanifs.[2] According to Muslim tradition, Muhammad himself was a Hanif and one of the descendants of Ishmael, son of Abraham.[3]
To be honest Bro, even I didn’t know the background of my name...my Mum would have been so proud of you 👍
No Bro, the two little ones are not for sale, haha. They sure are a pair of adorable rascals.
Yes, j-o-h-n I am very fortunate indeed to be so loved and surrounded by such lovely family members. And the bigger family in this forum ❤️ Thank you so much for such kind and loving words, appreciate it ❤️
Do take good care Bro cause you are the life of this forum and your mirth, charm and wit always makes my day. My very best to you and your loved ones ❤️ Please go ahead and have a double scoop of chocolate chip ice cream, you deserve it for being my best Brother.
Family is like candles in a dark and scary place. They keep the darkness away. My family is the only thing keeping me going. You like me are truly blessed.
