If the cancer progressed when was treated with Zytiga the cancer is castration resistant.

It is more effective to do chemo after failure of one of the new anti androgen than trying treatment with other new anti androgen.

There is cross resistant of the AR among the new anti androgens. Chemo could re sensitize the cancer to the new anti androgens,

You could request a biopsy of the mets if it is possible to do histological, genetic and IHC to see if the cancer may respond to specific treatments )olaparib, rucaparib, keytruda, chemo with platinum compounds).

Lots of good medicines. Docetaxel first. After that, Pluvicto or Xofigo.

Just keep looking forward to the next day , week and year. 🙏🙏. Lu177 has been showing great results for a lot of warriors. All depends on what your oncologist says. 🙏🙏😂

I stopped Zytiga because of liver enzymes shot up too high- so it wasn't a failure, it worked great on lowering the PSA. Currently on ADT and XTANDI. You could ask if that is appropriate for your situation.
