My husband has CDK12 mutation. We are at 5 years post RP. He has had two rounds of Lupron… with 18 months of nondectable in between the two ADT rounds. PSA has now climbed to 1.2 It appears Lupron has stopped working.
We have been told Dr. Antonarakis at University of Minnesota is highly regarded for his work with Gnomonics and Advanced PC.
Anyone familiar with him?
