Husband is on the 5th of 6th isotopes in study. He has had very little side effects(if any). We are hearing that it is close to having FDA approval. PSA has dropped to 0.32. We are hoping to get many months without any treatment other than lupron.

I would also expect that you can live many months just with ADT. Maybe you can switch to Orgovyx tablets.

I'm at Dana Farber, completed 2 of 6 infusions. No side effects noted. PSA has dropped 8.1 to 1.8 All the best.

So glad to hear it is working, how has quality of life changed?

Quality of Life, that elusive elixir. Still on Lupron during trials, so T is extremely low. Typical side affects from that. For me, the more engaged I find myself with activities the side affects disappear. I hike for exercise in the woods. Fatigue can be over whelming but can be addressed with a quick nap or at least a break. QoL definitely improves emotionally seeing PSA decreasing.

Quality of life better since off the cancer drugs and steroids. More energy. No swelling . The dexamethasone was probably the worst. Lots of water retention.
