I am five years out since my RP followed by 42 radiation treatments to the prostate bed. Until yesterday all of my PSA readings have come back at <0.0001 . The latest came in at 0.0001.
Should I be concerned?
Thanks!

No you should NOT be concerned, just monitor to see if a monotonously rising time sequence develops with time. There was another poster who quoted 4 decimal digits PSA values, like you, which is something very unusual. His report originated from an institution in Instanbul Turkey. Can you share where yours comes from?
Four significant figures? Where did you tested your PSA?
My test was performed by the radiation oncology department of Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. I haven’t seen the report yet, I received a call from my nurse saying my doc wants me to repeat the test in thirty days because of the slight increase. It’s entirely possible that I copied down too many decimal points during our call. However, I’ve previously been told they use an ultra sensitive test of some sort.I greatly appreciate the encouraging responses, guys. One reason I became a bit alarmed is because more than a year ago my radiation guy remarked that he felt like if there had been any PC cells left in my body by that time, they would have made themselves known. I’ll post an update after my retest. In the meantime, prayers for all of you.
Those tiny fluctuations don't mean anything. Trends in PSA is what you need to watch, i.e., three significant rises in a row.
Way too many decimal points. At that level you are seeing non-prostatic sources of PSA.
Total agreement; unusual for this site 😀
Don't look for problems -- be Happy!
Where do you get your psa test done?
