YES! Current line of treatment for my husband. He is doing remarkably well. He started mid January. PSA came down from 270 something to 16. He has had no other side effects (other than being tired) or issues. His genetic mutation is RAD51C - It's off of the BRCA2. He is still working and walking at least 10 miles a day. Imagine his fatigue! He takes the drug with a 1/2 cup of sugar free applesauce 2x a day at exactly the same time each day. We have alarms set up all over the house to remind him!
My husband has been on Lynparza since August. His doctor was so excited when Denny started the drug because he’s used it with another patient who had a complete remission with it. Initially, he had a loss of appetite which caused some weight loss and corrected itself after he acclimated to the drug. He has added 65 mg of iron and increased consumption of greens and red meat to counteract mild anemia. Hope you get the remission!
I am on it and been on for a year. PSA has not gone down but scans have stayed steady. It has crushed my appetite. I have loss 50 Lbs on it. Weight I could afford to lose. I also have got nauseous on it at times.
My husband’s PSA was 22 then went down to undetectable and has remained there since starting Lynparza 20 months ago. He’s had lots of fatigue, very low white counts, anemia and diarrhea. His scans have remained unchanged but he completed Xofigo treatments in the past year.I hope that you have good success!
I took this medication for 6 months.Main side effects was tiredness. My oncologist did say that I tolerated it much better than most of his other patients.

My dad has been on Lynparza since October. His PSA went from 295 to 86 the first 2 months. Liver and spine mets stable. PSA is back up to 141 now but all mets remain stable. Starting Taxotere in the coming months. He has the Rad51b mutation. Loss of weight, nausea and fatigue are his side effects. Praise the lord he’s still alive and working every day on the farm thanks to this PARP inhibitor.
