Medication Change Experience & Interval

Placed on Orgovyx in place of Lupron /Ellegard (see my history) for details. After three weeks SE's much the same but manageable. Added Xtandi to the mix and SEs got considerably worse. Much higher level of fatigue, brain fog, and more intense hot flashes. MO suggested Orgovyx and Nubega. I do have approval from Insurance. I tried Zytiga / Pred as a second agent on two different occasions in the past. Experienced liver and blood pressures issues. In both cases I stayed strictly on Lupron / Ellegard. And with just one agent, PSA stayed at < .01. However, current SOC thinking suggests continuing to add a second agent. In this case Nubega. Has anyone traveled down a similar road, along with making an Xtandi to Nubega (or other second agent) change? Was there an interval in between the getting off Xandti and starting a different second agent?

Hi Lurk. I don't have experience with Nubega, but when my husband stopped taking Zytiga, he started on Xtandi the exact day that he would have otherwise received his next Zytiga injection.
