OK,I have been on Nubeqa 10 months Continuing on Lupron monthly. My choice to do monthly. Anyway my LDH level has been high, as high as 285. But yesterday it was 213 - normal. Any ideas on what this might mean?

It probably doesn't mean anything. 285 was never very high.
LDH indicates degree of tissue damage/injury occuring at any given point of time. This is a biomarker which should be monitored periodically. LDH falling is a good news as it means less tissue injury/damage is occuring compared to past. LDH also is a prognostic marker in PCa...high means more aggressive PCa..lower means less aggressive.
