Hello good people

I usually do Intermittent like 3 months period and again starting ADT.

When my PSA increased to 1.2 during my intermittent period, I did contact with my Oncology DR. Weise from Germany he recommended to start ADT.

I started Bicalutamide 150mg 8/2/2022 until 23/2/2022 during 16 days and i did PSA test and the result was 0.38 it decreased from 1.2

It seems that the Testosterone is decreasing to the cancer cells .

I usually do PSA test every month it cost my 45USD,they send it the result to their website within 24 hours.

Best Regards

"It seems that the Testosterone is decreasing to the cancer cells ." No, Bicalutamide blocks the androgen receptors so the cancer cells cannot get the testosterone. The level of testosterone increases with Bicalutamide.

I did it for several years from 2017 by the recommendation of my oncology,it works according to my situation,The oncology told me when this will not working you have another option called Buserelin 9.45mg ,as long as it works its okay for me.
