Just completed a five day Cyberknife radiation 9/30 for a PSMA identified tumor outside previous numerous Prostate treatments ( surgery, lymph node removal, radiation) . PSA prior to treatment was 1.77, now three months after Cyberknife SBRT, PSA risen to 2.33. No pain, just noticed three larger red spots on my back. Doctor recommending PSMA immediately.

Bounces are common. The spots may be shingles? Ask your GP.

Where was the PSMA avid site that was treated? A repeat PSMA scan may clarify. The treated site may take a long time to completely disappear. But if there are any other PSMA avid sites it would argue for the Lu177 treatments.
