Hot Flashes and other side affects from Erleada and Lupron

Have been on Erleada 9Apulutanide) with Lupron and Psa is Excellent <.02 for a year but would like a 3 to 6 month break . Has anyone done that aqnde what can I expect?

No one can guarantee that a break won't make things worse. Hot flashes can be somewhat controlled with estrogen patches, Megace, venlafaxine, or acupuncture. There is a clinical trial for oxybutynin (originally for bladder spasms).

Every doctor and every patient is different. While my doctor said NO to vacation he is onboard(unofficially) with my use of SARMS

What Tall-Allen says here is correct, but an alternative way to look at this is that there is no evidence that intermittent ADT is inferior to continuous. Btw, the protocol as to when to resume ADT is PSA rise.

After starting Eligard my hot flashes with night sweats were terrible. Drenched several times per night. My RO put me on Oxybutynin and the night sweats stopped completely. Still have hot flashes umpteen times a day but I'll take that over the sweats.
