PSA will tend to rise as T increases through the hypogonadal range. Morgantaler's androgen receptor saturation point is around 250 ng/dL. You have to get above that to see what the PSA trend is. Don't read too much into early numbers.

Pretty quick Testosterone recovery. Bet it feels good. Seems like with just radiation you should be happy with anything that low even if it appears like a modest increase
Keep tracking T and PSA and see how things look when your T reaches the normal range. If PSA rises above 0.5-0.7, investigate a PSMA scan. Best wishes.
The end of my adt treatment is still 18 months away but when I asked my RO about psa rising once adt is over, he said that there is no follow up treatment required until the psa reaches at least 2.
