Kmack57 Loses the Battle

Kevin lost his battle with PCa last Thursday at the age of just 63. He lived with the beast for 7 years. Kevin messaged me on this forum 2+ years ago and we hiked together nearly every week from that point on. He became one of my favorite friends and was a great family man. He leaves behind his wife, 3 children, and 1 grandbaby. I will miss him very much and look forward to being reunited with him one day.

Your short paragraph showed the richness added to his life during his illness by his wonderful family and friends. This had to make him know that though his life was indeed short, it was lived well! He got it--right! Your post shows he lived his life that way from the beginning, forging strong relationships with family and friends. He knew and found the true value of life.
