Go for it!

I’ve been taking it for almost 8 months, best side effects is low testosterone and PSA! Are there others? Probably but is it Xtandi or any one of the other meds I take to fight this disease. Your life changes when fighting disease and it’s about winning while feeling the best you can mentally and physically. I’ve accepted I will never feel like I did Pre-Cancer but regardless what I have to do I’m going to love my best life.

Go for it and if after a couple months you really don’t like it let your oncologist know.

There is no other alternative. It’s a struggle to stay motivated but adjusting. If I want to live longer then I better start living. 👍🏼

Oops. Thought I was replying to someone’s question re: Xtandi and if they should take it. Looks like it became its own String. lol. Brain fog….

Don’t worry, I understand! Brain fog is now part of my life.

About brain fog. The first stupid thing I did was drive my new camping trailer under a tree branch that was lower than the trailer. I was totally spaced out. It was after a very long drive. The question is what is not safe to do with brain fog? Can adequate compensations be made to work safely in spite of not being all there?

The first time I was on ADT, I almost fell off a ladder as my first trick. I learned to hold on as if I were climbing a mountain not a ladder. I have also learned to not shop in antique stores when spaced out. Together with the Lexapro I am a real target :) Do I really need another copper coffee pot now that I quit coffee? At least it wasn't the backhoe I bought after brain surgery. I am not very critical at such times. I really got ripped on the backhoe. Unfortunately my husband will approve almost any spending of money so I can't depend on him to stop me.

My husband keeps asking what’s in all the boxes being delivered to the house. Tired of itchy pillow covers? Pottery Barn online to the rescue and why buy one when they have so many deals and I can’t make up my mind. Public market is a huge trap. Sure, I’ll try the gourmet mushrooms and ultra CBD oil!

We have enough linens to equip a medium sized motel. Every bizarre fiber that is supposed to make you sleep like a baby, we have. If we buy something maybe the size of a brick I need to spend 15 minutes finding a space for it. We have so many "great deals" so great we had to buy ??? of them. It is bothering me less on Lexapro, everything is bothering me less :)

If it’s 20% off and I buy nothing just look at all the money I lost🤪.
