Didn't your oncologist go over this with you? Why is it up to you to read it? Looks like some metastases in your right hip that are causing a hairline fracture and pain. Are you taking a bone strengthening agent? You may get some relief by zapping the metastases with SBRT.

We just had the MRI yesterday haven’t met w oncologist or radiologist to review yet . My husband has been in terrible pain. If you read my post prior to this we ended up having radiation to left hip, femur & L2 in his back trying to relive his pain so he could walk. We are going today to have another procedure on his back on the L4 to inject material to strengthen. Had this done last March on L2. Also had steroid injections into L2 & L4 . He was on bone strengthening meds Xgeva but had to stop 4 years ago due to developed osteonecrosis in his jaw.

His pain has progressively gotten worse since Christmas and can hardly walk.
