After Provenge treatment no medication was has for a month Then, of course, started Xtandi..first one, one month later two. My problem is now Hemoglobin because cancer in bone marrow....so we are watching it very carefully.....Procrit is still being waiting for. If Procrit doesn't work I will be in hospital. I now have good days and bad days...

Sid, I will keep you and Shirlene in my Prayers that the procrit will work. It should work, it is designed and proven to raise hemoglobin and RBC. Did you say ther xtandi was working as evidenced by a lowering of PSA? I will pray for that too. I am doing fine, Had Javenta chemo today, The Wife and I are up ;ate planning a trip in June to Cornwall, on the southwest coast of England.

Dan, Your trip sounds so terrific. Hope you and your wife have a marvelous trip. We know you will enjoy it. How long will you be gone? Took the first of 3 shots of procrit..one ea. wk. Seem to feel not quite as tired. but still cannot have too much exertion. Eating better...

Sid and Shirlene, I am so so happy to hear of more energy with the proctit,It will only get better, We are all here for you two. The trip to Cornwall will be fun, and hopefully good seafood, for some reason we like to be near the small fishing ports. We will be gone for 10 days, though I will have my ipad with me, and be online.
