How much appropriate time it takes to show results of steroid switch of prednisone to dexamethesone while on abiraterone anybody have experienced or knowledge about research please share

Thank you Allen but I am not able to find how long we have to observe for psa decline indication? Like 2 weeks 4 weeks 2 months?

They monitored progression every 3 months.

The switch is only effective about 56% of the time, and I was fortunate when I switched in early September 2020 - a late October 2020 PSA test showed decline (so 6 weeks). - Joe M.

That’s helpful okay thank you but did your psa keep rising during this six weeks or it remain stable?

Still working: Sep. 2020 PSA = 1.60, Nov 2020 PSA = 1.19, Dec 2020 PSA = 0.57, Jan 2021 PSA = 0.49. Looks like the decline is leveling off, though...
