Lupron is chemical castration. If you wish to stop Lupron you could go for the orchiectomy.

If the spot was on a pelvic LN, you can try getting all your pelvic LNs irradiated, in addition to the SBRT to the single site on your bladder neck.

The only reason to not have an orchiectomy is if you foresee ADT vacations.

Not to add on for no reason---just that almost every trial today has Immunology Targeted Drugs, or drugs alone or in combo going after some DNA repair mutation, or a pathway, like mTOR. To participate, the first thing these trials want is your Gene Mapping---at last I ran into some numbers, there was 3100 Trials World-Wide dealing with all cancers, related to Immunology.
