Personalized Immunotherapy-viable option?

Listened to a YouTube video about Dr Ezra Cohen at UCSD and his hopeful research about personalized immunotherapy. Vaccines are personalized for each patient. Sounds like a potential viable option. Has anyone had any experience and/or thoughts?
