Balance issues and other things

I am starting to have increasing balance issues. I feel like I am drunk at times. I also have increasing olfactory sensitivity. I am on Firmagon and finished 5 rounds of Docetaxel. I have mets on the left side of my skull. I am hoping these things are side effects of the meds and not things intruding into my brain. I get occasional pain on the left side of my head. Of course being stage 4, every pain and symptom worry me.

I used to be able to do just about everything pretty well- not anymore :-(

Now, I bump into doorways and knock stuff off counters. My bottles of single barrel Bourbon are collecting dust because I don't want to pile it on even thicker.

Docetaxel can cause peripheral neuropathy leading to walking difficulty, imbalence, tasting insensitivity etc, Also both docetaxel and firmagon can contribute to anemia wtih resultant weakness. But first of all, check out the possibily of EBRT on skull lesions. All the best.
