I was diagnosed in August 2018 - PSA had risen from 5 to 16 in 6 months.- the imaging showed some lymph node involvement (the radiologist said one node - but my oncologist thinks 3 to 5) but no bone mets -
I started Lupron in November 2018, IMRT in December 2018 to early Feb 2019 and added Zytiga in March 2019.
My PSA has been <0.1 consistently since my radiation.
I just got my 4 month Lupron shot last week - and my next is due in January - and my urologist is supportive of this being my last shot.
In January - i will have been on Lupron for 27 months, Zytiga for 22 months and 23 months from the end of my IMRT. My oncologist wants me on Zytiga for 2 years - so i will be 2 months short.
I am tolerating the ADT SE as well as anyone - but i'm getting anxious to move on and hopefully stay at something less than a B cup.
I am interested in any advice you have.
